Miami Beach, FL: Limited Car Traffic to Return, Adds Bike and Ped Facilities

Reports that during the pandemic, Miami Beach turned its Ocean Drive into a car-free zone allowing more space for people to walk and roll and expanded restaurant seating. At the end of January, the city will return one-way southbound traffic on ten blocks, but will add two-way bike lanes and preserve a block of pedestrian-only access.
