Showcases a long-term e-bike lending library in two predominantly Latino neighborhoods that also provides rider training and wayfinding. Notes that the program updated its loaner fleet after learning more about rider needs and preferences, including bikes with mid-drive motors for easier flat tire repair, Class 1 pedal assist e-bikes, UL-certified batteries and chargers, and a GPS system to recover bikes.
